Greensboro is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Greensboro is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Pros: Friendly employees. Many food options. Cons: No dairy free options in their soft serve, milkshakes or smoothies. Store smelled odd; May have been a cleaner. I didn’t order anything.

My husband and I stopped in for a coffee. We ordered a latte and she made them iced. We then proceeded to tell her that we expected them hot. She seemed frustrated and told us to tell her next time. Every coffee shop I've ever been to serves coffee hot unless you specifically ask for iced. Starbucks will ask you which one you prefer to have. I've never been blamed for not asking for my coffee hot. I thought that was a little ridiculous. I've worked in food service for years and I've never put that kind of expectation on the customer. She should have asked us if there was confusion on her part.

Went there yesterday evening and didn’t even get full scoops of ice cream. This was untouched I was taking it my husband. He asked me if I had ate it. … $20.00. Probably won’t be returning

2/3/24: Update to original review: Kids wanted to go there during the UNC-Duke game. They were convincing so I drove them the 2 minutes it takes us to get there from our house. It was worth it. They loved the milkshakes that the super friendly young lady made them. She took personal orders so my kids could make them any way they wanted. You want sprinkles mixed in with a topper of sprinkles as well? Ok. If cookies and cream with extra cookie topper is your thing, don’t worry, they’ll make it. Comfortable interior with festive decor and great little sayings. Nothing adds more to the mood than a funny saying that puts a smile on your face, in addition to the smiles on your kid’s faces, and you forget that there was a basketball game going on. Old Review: Overall a really good place to go for coffee, frozen yogurt, smoothies and milkshakes. A little short on many options and there aren’t too many toppings for the frozen yogurt. Service is always excellent and all the staff are very friendly. Great local place with comfortable seating. Our kids love it. Coffee: 4/5 Food: 3.5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 5/5
